The Job
-Assist in mergers, acquisitions and other transactions for listed companies in Southeast Asia.
-Provide support in business analysis on matters such as corporate and capital restructuring, privatization, take-over and merger & acquisitions.
-Conduct pre-investment analysis, as well as the preparation of business/ financial proposals.
Requirements:
-A business-related degree (preferably in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification).
-At least 2 to 4 years of relevant experience.
-Familiar with SGX listing rules a plus point.
-Bilingual with excellent written and oral communication skills.
-Willing to travel overseas for business trips.
Working Location: Serangoon
