Operations Manager (Retail)
Working Location : Selangor / Kuala Lumpur
The Job:
-Responsible for the coordination of annual budget, administration and management of contracts.
-To plan, formulate and manage the operations and maintenance of a shopping mall.
-Maintain good relations with tenants, manage tenant fit-out works and building enhancement projects.
-To ensure that the property is kept in excellent condition.
Job Requirements:
-Diploma/Degree in Estate Management, Building, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering.
-At least 3 to 5 years’ relevant experience.
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to promote good customer relations.
-Must have successfully completed a major asset enhancement project before.
-Strong people management and leadership skills.
