IT Support Specialist
(Singapore Jobs)
Responsibilities:
- Provide desktop support (Mac support is added advantage)
- Provide end-user with IT support, including PC hardware, standard applications support and PC troubleshooting
- Knowledge of Lotus Notes and networking will be an advantage
- Other ad-hoc IT support projects from time to time
Requirements:
- Minimum NTC or diploma in relevant field with one year experience
- Proficient in MS Win2K, and/or standard software (MS Office, MS-Outlook, Anti-virus software, Internet Browsers etc)
- Applicants should be Singaporean citizens or hold relevant residence status
