Admin Officer
(Singapore)
Responsibilities:
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Executive Secretary and team ensuring deadlines are met and work is of a consistent high quality
- Ensure all incoming correspondence is delivered promptly to the team and assist with outgoing correspondence
- Coordinate appointments and arrange travel/ accommodation requirements
- Assist in organising and planning of client events and workshops
- Prepare reports and presentation materials
- Preparation of proposals.
- Assisting with accounting matters.
Requirements:
- GCE ‘A’ or ‘O’ level with formal secretarial training
- At least 4 years of relevant working experience
- Computer literate and possesses good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
- Strong planning and organisational abilities
- Able to work independently
- Excellent interpersonal skills to relate at all levels
- Ability to start work immediately or at short notice will be an advantage
- An interest in developing a reinsurance career
- Financial analysis skills
