Biomedical Design Engineer (multiple positions)
(Selangor)
Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for offering medical 3D CAD design services, both for internal and external customers. These services include conversions and segmentations from CT/MRI images, planning and 3D design of customized surgical tools.
- You will also provide professional assistance in technical and medical data benchmarks and service projects.
- Surgeons and biomedical engineers worldwide use these data to diagnose and treatment plan complex surgeries.
- Due to a strong increase in demand, we are looking for several dynamic and efficient people to assist in growing this service.
Requirements:
- You hold a Bachelor’s or higher Degree in Engineering (Biomedical-Mechanical-Industrial-Others), Medical Physics, Life Sciences, Biology, Biotechnology, Science & Technology, …
- Degree holders with MRI technology qualification or MRI/CT technologist with experience will be an advantage
- Knowledge of 3D CAD (Computer Aided Design), medical imaging or computer-software is preferred.
- Leadership capability is highly preferred.
- Motivated starters are encouraged to apply. Prior experience in a related field is not a pre-requisite, as Materialise will provide training.
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.

Technical Project Manager

- Support Field activities during First Off deployments or Trial/Demo on specific technology field or product
- Lead complex technical projects involving multiple products and support Services organisations during integration
- Provide clear transition plan from Deployment to Maintenance stages
- Transfer technical knowledge to Services staff during on the job training or more formal courses
- Represent Regional Support Center towards Product Groups on a specific technology area (escalation, request for resources, specific customer requirements etc …)
