Internal Auditor
Your Role:
Reporting to the Asia Head of Internal Audit, you will audit the group companies in Asia and recommend measures to mitigate risks. You will conduct risk-based / process-orientated audits on adequacy of existing internal controls and operational procedures and processes and to recommend measures to mitigate risks to all the companies. You will conduct audits to identify lapses in compliance with internal business policies and applicable laws, recommending measures to ensure compliance and to prevent foreseeable lapses, assist in the preparation of periodic reports and statistics issued by the department, assist with other departmental administrative tasks as directed, assist in the development of the Internal Audit methodology and working practices operated by the department. In the absence of the Head of Internal Audit, Asia, to report to the CEO-Asia and the Board of Directors of the group Head of Group Internal Audit. Travelling is minimal for this role.
Your Profile:
You will possess a Degree in Finance or Banking. You have 5 years of relevant experience in internal / external audit within banks / private bank / asset management. You have a sense of responsibility. You are independent with an aptitude for team work. You are assertive, trustworthy and possess strong oral and written communications in English and Chinese.
Group Accountant
Requirements :
To be successful in this position, individuals must meet the following requirements:
-Degree in Accountancy / ACCA with at least 5 years of relevant experience
-CPA Singapore / ICPAS member preferred
-Familiar with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards and SGX Listing requirement. Prior experience in public listed company is an added advantage
-Sound knowledge and experience in consolidation is a must
-Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese languages
-Meticulous and possess good personality and integrity
-Only Singaporeans/PRs need apply
Manager, Accounting & Finance (Permanent)
Job Requirements :
-Degree in Finance/Accounting
-CPA and/or CMA desired but not necessary
-Minimum of 6 years of relevant accounting work experience , good experience with potential leadership qualities holidng a managerial level
-Candidate who has hold a position as Assistant Financial Controller, Senior Accounting/Finance Manager highly advantage
-Knowledge and hands-on experience in Consolidation
-Sound knowledge in all areas of financial accounting and control, with strong technical competency.
-Solid track record of successfully training and motivating teams.
-PC and spreadsheet experience, particularly Excel modelling. Previous experience with MAS 500 and Oracle is desirable.
-Strong communication skills to able to influence both peers and senior managers.
-Ability to work across various areas of the business, including effective communication with people of different backgrounds and levels.
-Ability to deal with matters that carry a high degree of confidentiality
-Excellent verbal and written skills, able to present to the highest level
-Confident, proactive, self motivated, enthusiastic, quick thinking, goal and results oriented.
-Able to work OT if required
-Singaporean or Singapore PR
-Able to start work immediately is highly recommended
-Must be able to speak fluent Mandarin and English as position is required to liaise with Mandarin speaking countries
