BlueChip Internet Cafe is a fastly growing cybercafe offering its customers a unique experience of browsing the internet in an elegant ambience and with state-of-the-art technologies & systems.

We are currently on the look out for a full-time internet cafe administrator for our Orchard centre:
Responsibilities:
Manage the services provided the internet cafe end-to-end. Services include customer service, administration of workstations, billing & periodic reporting. You will also be responsible to upsell ad-hoc products & services and contribute in promoting business in the locality where placed.

Requirements:
- At least “O” Level and above
- Have a strong passion about the internet & computers
- Must be a computer literate / internet savvy have good knowledge in the below applications:
o Internet Explorer or Firefox or Mozilla
o Messenger (Yahoo, GTalk, Skype or MSN)
o Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint)
- Basic troubleshooting experience of Computer Peripherals, Operating System & Software errors, cafe electrical appliances is definite advantage
