Customer Service Officer
(Singapore - Kallang)

Responsibilities :
- Attend to customer for notebook service and repair (Receiving)
- Follow up calls/emails for repair completed, pending and parts-in (Warranty and Chargeable) status
- Release completed and/or return items without repair jobs to customers
- Assist customers on service enquiry
- Conduct service marketing on consumable sales & meet service requirements
- Log in customer request for Service Job & ensure Job are recorded for follow up
- Data input on service activities (Job feedback & update system)
- Liaise with internal & external staff on progress of Job assignment

Requirements:
- At least 1 year relevant experience customer service
- Good Customer Etiquette
- Good command of English
- Proficient in basic MS Office applications
- Meticulous and customer oriented person
