Finance & Admin Executive
Job Descriptions :
-Handle accounting / finance functions of the Company
-Handle full set of accounts (AR, AP, GL, Cash Management)
-Accounting Duties involving Receivables & Collections, Payables, and related activities including follow up on customer payments, bank errands, petty cash management, filing management, issue invoices, delivery order, official receipts, process payments etc.
-Ensure timely & accurate month-end, quarterly and year-end closing & reporting
-Ensure sound & effective Internal Controls
-Multi-task in general admin and any ad-hoc duties
Basic Qualification:
-Minimum Diploma in Accounting / Accountancy/ ACCA or equivalent
Job Requirements :
-At least 1 year of experience in maintaining full set of accounts and also work experience in Accounts or Finance duties such as AR & AP, statement of accounts, etc.
-Happy, pleasant, resourceful with good interpersonal and communication skills.
-Able to work under pressure & deadlines.
-Proficient in MS office applications
-Ability to start on short notice will be advantageous
-Singapore, Singapore PRs and Malaysian are preferred
