-Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
-International mind-set and preferably have prior regional work exposure
-Highly self-motivated and able to operate autonomously when necessary
-Highest possible ethical and professional standards
-Entrepreneurial with sincere interest in the executive search and HR consulting field
