We are a specialist contractor in steel structure works in Johor Bahru. In conjunction with our rapid expansion, we urgently seek suitable candidates to complement our current team for the following position.
Contract Executive (Q.S.)
(Johor - Ulu Tiram, Johor Bahru)
Responsibilities:
* Able to manage pre and post contract activities and project cost monitoring.
* Able to evaluate claims, payment and contractual claims.
* Coordinate the work with sub-contractors.
* Liaise with client and consultant.
* Must be a team player, independent and proactive.
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least advance diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying / Building Technology.
* Required skill(s) : AutoCAD, Microsoft office, Microsoft Project.
* Preferable with 2~3 years’ relevant experience.
* Required language(s) : English, Malay and Chinese.
* Able to meet tight deadline, work under pressure and work independently.
* Possess own transport.
