EXPERIENCED ENGINEERS
- Graduate of BS ECE, EE, IE and ME
- With at least 2-4 years experience in either of the ff:
- Failure analysis, parts evaluation, research & development, deck, mold, system maintenance, process improvement, software programming and control, Inspection
- Working knowledge of statistical process control and/or 6 sigma is an advantage
- Basic competencies required :
Analytical thinking
Initiative
Quality mind set
RESEACH AND DEV’T ENGINEERS
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
- Required skill: Six Sigma, Statistical Process Control, 8D knowledge and Research and Development.
- At least 2 years working experience in a related field is required for this position.
GENERAL AFFAIRS SUPERVISOR
- Graduate of Psychology, Administration
- Intensive knowledge on Security Administration, Shuttle Service Management, Expat Documentation, Vehicle Insurance, Vehicle and Driver Management
- Knowledge in handling employee welfare such as locker management and uniform accountabilities
- Has vast experience in supervisory position in terms of General Affairs
- Excellent communication skills
PURCHASING STAFF / ENGINEER
- Graduates of EE, ECE and ME
- At least 2 years experience in a manufacturing set-up
- Working knowledge in circuits, mechanical parts, planning, warehousing and sourcing packaging and appearance (SPA), Negotiate new labor cost for the new model
- Basic competencies required:
Good communication skills
Negotiation skills
People Handling
LABOR RELATIONS SENIOR STAFF
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Assists the ER Supervisor in monitoring of employee discipline and orderliness of behavior through proper coordination with all the department heads.
- Assists ER Supervisor in modification of company rules & regulations
- Must have knowledge in Labor Relations
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
HR MANAGER
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Must have technical aptitude, strong oral and written communication, presentation and analytical skills.
- Have experience in implementing policies and procedures with strong compliance.
- Must possess high comfort level when responding rapidly to management requirements.
- Must have experience in continuous improvement methods with demonstrated skill in goal setting and performance improvement.
- Oversees the overall performance of the HR Department
- Must have at least 5 years experience in all facets of human resources management with special emphasis on labor/employee relations, manpower planning and recruitment, organizational development, and compensation and benefits gained from a manufacturing set-up
