Compliance Manager/Investment Banking & Securities
Our client is a global investment banking group, providing financial services of a diversified range including investment banking, capital markets, fixed income and securities. There is now a new opportunity for a Compliance Manager to join their team.
Job Duties:
-Advise on relevant laws, regulations and directives
-Maintain the Compliance Manual of the Company
-Co-ordinate and provide input on policies and procedures of various departments in the Company
-Conduct training on laws, regulations and directives and company’s internal policies regularly
-Conduct surveillance for suspicious activities
-Responsible for Compliance reviews
Requirements:
-A good degree in Law, Finance, Banking or Accountancy for a recognized university or equivalent professional experience. At least 6 years compliance experience in banking/securities/other financial industry
-Preferable with audit (internal or external) background
-Must be self driven and proactive
-Independent and capable of multi tasking
-High commitment is crucial
