Corporate Finance Manager
THE JOB
-Reporting to the Deputy Director (Corporate Finance)
-Have a good grounding in corporate finance, accounting and taxation
-In the area of corporate finance, you will be tasked with sourcing of funding to build new facilities, hence you should be conversant with project financing and various fund raising methods
-Be involved in Merger & Acquisition transaction, divestment projects and other ad-hoc assignments
-Other key duties include management of operational cashflow, investing surplus funds in instruments which are consistent with organisation’s risk appetite
-Provide technical support for accounting and taxation and management reporting in connection with grants
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
-CPA with Degree in Accountancy or professional qualifications recognised by ICPAS
-Minimum 5 years of relevant commercial working experience in accounting, management reporting and taxation, with minimum 2 years of relevant experience in corporate finance work
-Good knowledge of Singapore accounting and tax legislation requirements. Strong financial modelling skills. Merger and Acquisition executive experience will be an advantage. The incumbent should be prepared to be hands-on
-Good oral and written communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work independently, self motivated and with a keen eye for details
