Job Title: Development Manager
Role:
- The person should be responsible for developing, in conjunction with the Project Sponsor, a definition of the project.
- The Development Manager then ensures that the project is delivered on time, to budget and to the required quality standard (within agreed specifications) .
- He/she ensures the project is effectively resourced and manages relationships with a wide range of groups (including all project contributors) .\
- The Development Manager is also responsible for managing the work of consultants, allocating and utilising resources in an efficient manner and maintaining a co-operative, motivated and successful team.
Person Specification:
- 8-10 Years of Software Development Experience in Client server and Web applications.
- Strong Development skills in .net technologies
- Strong expertise in System Analysis and Database designing
- Expertise in Complete Software Development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Involved in all phases of SDLC
- Excellent Client interaction and Problem solving skills.
Key Skills:
.Net framework, ASP.Net, C#, ADO.Net, SOAP, XML Web Services, DHTML, XML, XSL, JavaScript, AJAX, T-SQL, SQL server, multi-tier application design, OOD, application development, complex software systems, crystal reports
