Manager, HSE
Requirements
-Degree in Mechanical Engineering or any other Engineering discipline from a recognised institution.
-Minimum ten (10) years relevant working experience in the Health, Safety and Environment
-Preferably, registered as Professional Engineer with Board of Engineers, Malaysia.
-Well versed with the international standards of HSE requirements i.e NFPA, FM, etc and BOMBA
-Able to lead HAZOP.
-Able to develop Safety Equipment Layout and Escape Route drawings, Hazardous Area Classification Charts, HSE philosophy, QRA and HAZID.
-Able to understand firewater zoning, firewater demand calculation, firewater pumping configuration, firewater hydraulic analysis and lead the activities
-Able to understand EERA, Blast Overpressure Study, Hot Gas/Exhaust Plume Study, Noise Study and coordinate the activities with the third parties.
-Able to provide required HSE input into other design deliverables as developed by other engineering disciplines
-Able to lead and administer a group of HSE Engineers, importantly, ensuring a continuous high performance of the HSE Department.
Lead Engineers
Requirements :
-Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Instrument, Electrical, Civil/Structural Engineering or any Engineering discipline from a recognised institution.
-Minimum 10 years working experience in related engineering discipline in the oil & gas/petrochemical industry.
-Experience as a Lead Engineer with a strong supervisory skill would be an advantage.
-Preferably, registered as Professional Engineer with Board of Engineers, Malaysia
-Good knowledge on international standards and codes.
Senior Engineers
Requirements :
(Process, Mechanical/Piping, HVAC, Rotating Equipment, HSE, Instrument, Electrical, Civil/Structural)
-Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Instrument, Electrical, Civil/Structural Engineering or any Engineering discipline from a recognised institution.
-Minimum of five (5) years working experience in related engineering discipline in the oil & gas/petrochemical industry.
-Preferably, registered as Professional Engineer with Board of Engineers, Malaysia.
-Good knowledge on international standards and codes.
-Engineers (Process, Mechanical/Piping, HVAC, Rotating Equipment, Instrument, Electrical, Civil/Structural)
-Lead Designers (Process, Mechanical/Piping, Instrument, Electrical, Civil/Structural)
-Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Instrument, Electrical, Civil/Structural Engineering or any engineering discipline from a recognised institution.
-Minimum of two (2) years working experience in related engineering discipline in the oil & gas/petrochemical industries.
-Good knowledge on international standards and codes.
-Must be registered as Graduate Engineer with Board of Engineers, Malaysia.
-Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
-Diploma/Certificate in relevant Drafting Discipline from a recognised institution.
-At least ten (10) years working experience as a Drafter/Designer in related Drafting Discipline in the oil & gas/petrochemical industries.
-Good knowledge of AutoCAD, BOCAD & PDMS Computer Software.
-Possess good supervisory skills.
-Designer (for Electrical Drafting) must be well versed in schematic and wiring diagram.
Senior Designers / Designers (Process, Mechanical/Piping, HVAC, Firefighting, Instrument, Electrical, Civil/Structural
Requirements :
-Diploma/Certificate in relevant Drafting Discipline from a recognised institution.
-At least eight (8) years working experience as a Drafter/Designer in related Drafting Discipline in the oil & gas production facilities, petrochemical plant or related field.
-Good knowledge of AutoCAD, BOCAD & PDMS Computer Software.
-Possess good supervisory skills.
-Designer (for Electrical Drafting) must be well versed in schematic and wiring diagram.
Senior Drafters / Drafters
Requirements :
-Diploma/Certificate in relevant Drafting Discipline from a recognised institution.
-Minimum one (1) year working experience as a Drafter in related Drafting Discipline in the oil & gas production facilities, petrochemical and related field.
-For Senior position must have at least five (5) years working experience as Drafter in related Drafting Discipline
-Good knowledge of AutoCAD Computer Software.
Project Management
requirements :
-Degree in any engineering discipline from a recognised institution.
-At least 15 years of working experience in Project Management in the oil & gas industry.
-Familiar with contract terms and conditions pertaining to engineering design and project management services.
-Possess the ability to effectively manage multi discipline project team and capable to work under minimum supervision.
-Preferably registered as Professional Engineer with Board of Engineers, Malaysia.
Senior Engineers, Project Management
Requirements :
-Degree in any Engineering Discipline from a recognised institution.
-For Senior Engineers, a minimum of five (5) years working experience in Project Management respectively in the oil & gas industry.
-For Engineers, a minimum of two (2) years working experience in Project Management respectively in the oil & gas industry.
-Familiar with contract terms and conditions pertaining to engineering design and project management services.
-Ability to effectively manage multi discipline project team and to assist Manager in implementing project procedures.
-Must be registered as Graduate Engineer with Board of Engineers, Malaysia.
-Preferably registered as Professional Engineer with Board of Engineers, Malaysia for Senior Engineer position.
Managers, EPCC Project
Requirements :
-Degree in any Engineering Discipline from a recognised institution.
-At least 15 years of project management experience in EPCC projects in the Oil & Gas, petrochemical or chemical industries.
-Familiar with contract terms and conditions pertaining to EPCC projects.
-Preferably registered as Professional Engineer with Board of Engineers, Malaysia.
-Ability to effectively manage multi disciplines project team.
-Excellent communication skills with technical employees as well as senior management of the company
Project Engineers, EPCC
Requirements :
-Degree in any Engineering Discipline from a recognised institution.
-Minimum of two (2) years of project management experience in EPCC projects for oil & gas, petrochemical or chemical industries.
-For Senior Engineers, a minimum of five (5) years working experience in EPCC Projects Management respectively in the oil & gas industry.
-Familiar with contract terms and conditions pertaining to EPCC projects.
-Possess the ability to effectively manage multi discipline project team and to assist Manager in implementing project procedures.
-Must be registered as Graduate Engineer with Board of Engineers, Malaysia.
-Preferably registered as Professional Engineer with Board of Engineers, Malaysia for Senior Engineer position.
Senior Engineer/ Engineers/ Planner
Requirements :
-Degree in any Engineering discipline or Computer Science from a recognised institution.
-For Senior Engineers, a minimum of five (5) years working experience in Planning & Project Control preferably in the in the oil & gas industry
-For Engineers, minimum of two (2) years working experience in Planning & Project Control preferably in the in the oil & gas industry.
-Experience in using Project Management Software (Primavera and Microsoft Project) is required.
-Knowledgeable in preparing reports and analysing data.
-Prior experience in Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning (EPCC) projects are an added advantage
Senior Engineer & Engineer, Quality Assurance/ Quality Contol
Requirements :
-Degree in Science or any Engineering Discipline from a recognised institution.
-For Engineer, minimum five (5) years working experience in QA/QC with at least 3 years in oil & gas industry.
-For Senior Engineer, minimum eight (8) years working experience in QA/QC with at least 5 years in oil & gas industry
-Possess strong knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management System and quality control techniques.
-Knowledge of ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 will be an added advantage
-Construction site experience and EPCC Project Experience will be an added advantage
-Experience in writing and preparing procedures and reports.
-Knowledgeable in Statistical Techniques for data analysis.
-Qualified auditor
