Manager, Operations
(Singapore)
Responsibilities:
The candidate is responsible for the management of operational executions for experiential marketing campaigns, giving strategic planning in resources, talent development and deployment in ensuring efficient progress in activation campaigns. This position is based in Singapore.
-Development and management of Project Team for work-in-progress and manage multiple projects/tasks.
-Ensuring campaign performance and delivery of services in accordance.
-Be strategic in providing both tactical and operational support and solutions.
-Cost management, allocation of resource and control for operations.
-Responsible for a portfolio of key projects/clientele campaigns.
-Strong negotiation skills with suppliers.
-Build and maintain key clientele projects.
Requirements:
-Preferably a recognized University Degree in Mass Communications, Business or Marketing.
-Min 4 yrs’ hands-on experience in developing, executing and managing experiential marketing, with at least 1 years as a project manager.
-Strong working knowledge and understanding in interactive and events marketing and management.
-Preference will go to candidates with direct or related experience in project planning and execution of BTL marketing initiatives.
-A strategic and creative thinker.
-Be result-oriented and client-focused towards service excellence.
-Strong communication skill (written and verbally) is essential.
-Advance knowledge in MS Office.
-Preferred Singapore citizen or holds current permanent residence.
