Sales Manager (Klang Valley)
If you have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task and manage work priorities in a pro-active and flexible manner, then YOU are the person we are looking for. Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director-Malaysia, you will need to:-
* Develop sales plan and implement pro-active strategies to increase company’s sales revenue and market share in the corporate segment
* Provide budgets, forecasts, market trends observation, market identification/targeting, customers behavior on corporate sales segment
* Constantly identify and establish sales opportunities in new corporate accounts & partnership programmes
* Direct professional sales to corporate segment
* Foster and build good customer relationship for revenue growth and customer retention
* Explore, understand and identify corporate customer’s needs through account planning and profiling
* Ensure all customers’ pre-sales & post-sales enquiries and work orders, dealings with customers are properly documented and kept
Requirements:
* Strong sales track record and at least 3 years of working experience managing corporate accounts in FMCG.
* Experience in handling corporate sales and account management
* Excellent negotiation skills, good communication as well as good interpersonal skills
* Good organization, planning and presentation skills
